Call back response times are currently 10-15 working days. The turn around for email responses are slightly faster than call-backs at the moment.

You can contact our admin team on the above number and leave your details. Within 10-15 working days of your initial call to the admin team, you will receive a call back from one of the duty workers who will give you advice or information over the phone and decide if you meet the criteria for a caseworker. You can also request to receive an email response if this is more appropriate for you. Just let us know :)

* Please note duty calls are made between 9am-12noon and then 1pm-4pm, Monday- Friday, so you should expect the call back between these times.
